The Trenz Electronic TEF1001-02-410-2IC is a PCIe FMC Carrier integrating a Xilinx Kintex-7 410T FPGA, 32 MByte SPI Flash, a 4 lane PCIe and a DDR3 SODIMM with ECC Socket.

It can also be equipped with Kintex-7 160T or K325T, please ask for minimum quantities.

All parts are at least industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The module operating temperature range depends on customer design and cooling solution. Please contact us for options.
